Comments: How this man has succeeded in getting such high reviews I'll never know, but from personal indulgance this has been a poor working experience. Webpay has poor comunication skills, is unreasonable and has expected far more work than could be conpensated for. Work was continuously added that was not stated in the original brief. Worst of all, he is a middle man and took a cut of the budget for giving unclear orders. If you work for this man be aware that he may be taking a pay cut out of an already posted project. He eventualy came around and paid us our now unsatisfactory wage after, yet another, final work demand. However, coming to that agreement we award him an extra point giving a fair rating of 2.
 » WebPay's reply: This is the problem when you have a two college kids trying to cheat his way thru. When illustration files of all scenes, story board explaining each scene, the required animation and effect are provided, what else are unclear? What does it tell everyone when dozen of GAF Provider has been working happily and communicating fine? The Provider make every excuse to charge extra on every feedback, even to fix his own bugs and I challenged him to put it on Dispute and seek GAF Arbitration but he backed out and opted to fix the feedback. I rated him 8 on good will but never expected his comments are full of lies.
