Comments: Hired me for a job, then when it was completed, he changed the spec to accomodate the second website he mentioned after I delivered the completed project to his server. I now have a $600 website waiting for him that he refused to pay on, then he ripped off GAF and had PayPal refund him the money he escrowed. He got suspended for it too. I have serviced many, many clients on GAF and otherwise and never had a worse experience than with this buyer. I have many stellar reviews from GAF and have left positive reviews for all of my clients except this one. Don't get ripped off, get your money upfront. I've never been ripped off like this before here.
