Comments: For Jonas, a 10 is not high enough!!!! I was very fortunate to have Jonas except his job for me. He executed the requirements 110% and even was flexible to add some small addition that I forgot to put in the original requirements documentation. I think for the week he worked on my stuff he only slept about 4-5 hours each night so he could get everything completed. I really need to (and will) pay him more for the work he did. It is first class, A+, business grade, high quality work. I just can't say enough good about this experience. Jonas is worth at least twice whatever you pay him. If he bids on your project, you would be a fool not to pick him, and if he doesn't bid on your project, you really should invite him!!!!!!! He works very hard to not over commit. USE JONAS IF YOU CAN!!!!! I will be using Jonas for as long as he will put up with me. Thanks very much Jonas. I was up a creek, and you sent a lifeline!

Comments: Excellent work, very timely and obviously knows Delphi and C inside out. Recommended a solution in C that ended up being much faster than the Delphi result. He is really enthusiatic about his work and is a pleasure to work with. I have not outsourced before but will certainly consider doing so again after this initial experience. I have also recommended this site to a colleague's company.
