Comments: Our agreement was for some web design consultation, and not for an actual implementation. Moydi delivered as promised. He was very knowledgable about the issues I raised (related to designing an OS Commerce based e-commerce site). Communication was prompt and clear. Several weeks after the project was over, but before I had rated him, I tried to contact him but did not hear back from him despite 2 or 3 emails. But the work was done satisfactorily so I can't hold this against him. Good guy - go for him.
