Comments: This service provider have no knowledge or understanding of what qualitative or quantitative analysis means. Meeting deadlines and time frames was a big issue too. If you are looking for someone to create standard basic excel charts for you and you have lots of time in hand(no deadlines or time frames), then this service provider can do the job.
