Comments: This is the actual IM LOG I am using for the basis of my review. This gentlemen responded quickly and accepted by offer quickly. We exchanged IM information. I re-stated the nature of the problem (it was already inside the project details, but oh well). When i asked the candidate if he was qualified, he responded "I can fix anything." At the end of the LOG you will see my final request to get some kind of plan of attack on what the person was going to do to my server and database. The conversation ended there and the candidate went OFFLINE. I don't normally give out ratings this low but wanted you all to know why. Comments: Minh is a very talented person and was a great worker in the beginning of this project.. Unfortunately, something happened on his end and he left me in a very bad position with unfinished projects and no communication at all from him.. I see that he is still bidding on other projects on this site and he still won't communicate with me, so it is now obvious that he just doesn't know how to conduct business properly and is purposely putting me in this position.. Of course, he did this right after I paid him the second payment for the work that he had been doing.. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

Comments: Timely, effective and efficient. I like the way jobonline did his work. I knew what I wanted, and it was easy to communicate with him what I needed done. He suggested other solutions which made working with him even better. He was kind, thoughtful, and most important methodical. I usually don't get that personal relationship from my programmers I've worked with. I was reluctant to use him because of couple of the bad comments > but he had excellent comments too (a lot) ... when I checked those bad comment projects I saw how VAUGUE those projects were. Any skilled programmer would have had a tough time with those. They needed a consultant first. Any programmer would have pulled their hair out, but I’m sure jobonline tried his best to assist.

Comments: paid over 300 dollars for the site, it was missing a number of files, forum did not work, had to hire another coder/programmer to go back and fix all of the issues from ill-constructed site. took advantage of the fact i had no idea how this all worked as far as the money was concerned and basically let me pay him for work that wasnt even functional. beware to anyone who goes through him. i emailed him regarding the issues in order to resolve everything and i was ignored. sad sad case and a poor poor job.

Comments: Unfortuanatly, As much as I hate to do so... I must post a bad review. Minh took the project with a completion date of 10 days. It has been almost a month. But the real problem is that he keeps telling me that the work is done but the person who did it can not be found. I explained that I could not wait anymore and I would have to repost the job. He again told be the work is done and to give him a day. I gave him more then a day and no reply. Now I can't even get him on yahoo messenger. Unfortuanately, Seems to be a time waster. Although prices are good, my advice, only use if you have time to kill.....

Comments: Very unhappy with Minh. I selected him in early October based on his many positive reviews. I even advanced him some of the project cost as a good faith motivator. I made myself available to answer any questions promptly and encouraged communication. He provided a half-hearted and very sloppy first effort -- extremely un-polished and unusable. I tried to give him much more specific direction and got another sloppy effort in return. Since then he has stopped responding to my emails. Be very cautious with him. He should be avoided.
