Incomplete Report: I haven't been contacted by the service provider since June 26 about the development of the project. Three months ago SergeyPlus has been awarded the Swing trading indicator project. Although I believe SergyPlus is an excellent service provider...I am afraid the trading related nature of this project did not match his skills. On June 26 he sent his last message that he was still trying to understand the details of the project. After that message no follow up has been sent. So I guess he just forgot to report that he was not able to complete the project.

Incomplete Report: Sergey did the program, but at one stage he stucked and could not fix the bug. I paid another programmer in GAF "Srinichal" $60 to get the bug fixed as i am in urgency. Sergey should have responded to my messages at the least. He is capable of doing things but it would be better if he understands the situation of client and respond them promptly.
 » SergeyPlus's reply: Kosha is a dealer, who collects assignments from poor students and finds for them programmers via GAF to do the task, having a profit from this job. When I was asking him about details of the assignment he knew nothing about the subject and answered me with too days delay as he was engaged only in redirecting of tasks. So, I have spent a lot of time to infer unnecessary things that could easily would be obtained from complete text of assignment in case he sent me it. And then of cause he got nerves.
