Incomplete Report: The requirement of the project was clearly defined and specifically discussed before awarding the project and the provider committed to complete the simple project within 3 days. Upon awarding the project, the provider is almost inresponsive even when he seems online on his YIM. After wasted several days, he replied with lame excuse that the requirement could not be met and requested for extra budget. I doubt he could even handle that when he can't even explain and address the issues. Don't be fooled by 5 stars rating as GAF allow rating on project paid in full only and has only introduce the functions to rate incomplete project recently.

Comments: Great work, very good at Flash AS3. Speedy delivery. Would highly recommend them.

Comments: The price changed from $75 to $250 in the project. I negotiated back down to $150, which was stressful. The job was finished, but there were many minor changes I would have liked to have seen from the html that I did not originally specify in the specifications of the document. He worked very hard a quickly once he understood the project, which took a few days. Visual examples work better than words to explain what you're trying to do with the project.
