Comments: Clearly didnot mention what he wanted upfront. Initially stated he wants to add 8 Fields and the values based on a 5-point scale and than after finishing it he said he wanted to create rankings and correspond the rankings and Order. If he had clearly stated all the requirements upfront it would have been easier for us to give a correct estimate of time and cost. But overall a nice guy to work with lacks little bit of knowledge hence the problems.
