Incomplete Report: I have already mentioned the time is urgent and the minutes left for this project in project description and the messenger Google Talk. But in the last 0-1 minute, the provider was asking me for the Escrow Payment first and refuse to submit project first. Hence, after I paid the Escrow payment, the time was already running out and this project cannot be submitted and got zero credit. I felt very sad and I lost a client who is now very disappointed.
 » aubantu's reply: He told me that I should finish the project about six feature with complex string manipulation and some GUI within 3 hours and I had managed to complete the project within 3 hours,and then I ask him to setup the escrow before I can send the whole project to him because I just like to follow the GAF's policy,here is quoted from the GAF: Please make sure you ask the buyer to use our escrow feature. I think we should always follow GAF's policy in GAF site. Another thing is that I don't know that his project is really so urgent that we should race against one minute or even one second, because when I finished 80% of the project,I report him about the progress, but he did not told me if I can first send him the 80% project beforehand in case of time end. And when I ask him to setup the escrow, he did not told me that he will risk in missing the project's submitting time, if he told me so I will definitely send him the project without escrow setup.
