Comments: I chose Boyan for this project because he initially asked the right questions via PM to let me know he understood exactly what I was requesting. His bid amount wasn't the winning factor because there were lower bids, but based on a couple of questions he asked, I knew he had the knowledge to get the job done, so when I turned it over to him, he completed the project on time as noted and it was 100% exactly as requested. He is professional, efficient and offered suggestions to improve the site going beyond the requested project. It was a pleasure working with Boyan and i'd recommend him to anyone requiring his expertise as well as use him again.
