Incomplete Report: Service Provider was late in delivering the promissed designs, and refused to perform revisions on what was delivered. Their proposal, anad our agreement was specifically based on a minimum of 3 revisions per design(s). They wanted to RENEGOTIATE the agreement as soon as we asked for the FIRST revision. IMAGINE THAT!
 » LateralCreativa's reply: This people have NO IDEA of what is bring about a project professionally. I spoke to Shawng like 10 times and he took 1 HOUR time to explain something that can be said with 4 words. Their design criteria is SHAMEFUL, their requests on deliverables where RIDICULOUS WHIMS with lack of taste and foundation. We never were late, they took 2/3 days to decide something and then they wanted corrections from one minute to another. The agreement Shawn referenced in his comment never said we were supposed to do icons. Shawn liked our designs but he needed to be part of every single line we did, so credit was also for him. You know what kind of people I'm talking about. Those one you never would like to work with. I hate to defame people this way but we were forced to write this so other people do not have the same experience we had. Believe me: IF YOU ARE A DESIGNER AND WANT TO MAKE YOUR LIFE MISERABLE, TAKE THE FIRST STEP: WORK FOR THIS BUYER.
