Comments: José Javier Villarreal Alvarez selected us to work on his project to add some value added features to his inventory management script. He needed the original script to be working with the added features implemented. When we were given access we discovered that a lot of the existing features were not working. What started off as a value addition to the script soon turned into a correction and completion job. We redid a large part of the non functioning script to make it work. On August 14, 2008 the client emailed he is happy to sign off. He released the funds on Aug 19. On Oct 01 he demanded a set of new features. We pointed out those were not in the original specs and not even in the original script! He responded by writing an unprofessional email and a negative feedback. It is pertinent to mention here that we do not have a policy to malign our buyers. So we will desist from writing anything unprofessional. Our other feedbacks explains our work ethics & quality.
