Comments: Thomas's outstanding communication was a major contribution to the success of this project. Expressing the requirements of the project clearly and being involved in the project removes 24% of the risk of a project. Ensuring enough funds are available removes 10% of the risk. Holding realistic expectations removes another 10% of the risk. Thomas also kept with the original project description instead of requesting an endless stream of significant changes. All these actions further increased the chances of a successful project. Thomas's example should set the standards for all buyers. Thank you very much Thomas.

Comments: I was not going to be petty and leave negative feedback, but I emailed this individual a dozen times that the project was completed and he never answered me. Even after he continually changed the details of the project and added more and more work to a project which he lead me to leave was a simple template he needed designed, I designed a template he changed his mind, said he wanted something else including that I now had to install all of these scripts as well as create several scripts for this 30 some dollar project. I do not know why this perrson thinks he can leave negative feedback for me, when he was the one who would not answer my emails and tried to bully me into becoming his slave

» tpersson's answer: The rest of my ratings show that I am a good customer, but when I order something i expect the provider to deliver. In this case it did not happen and that is not good business conduct.
