Incomplete Report: Provider’s bid was same day delivery. Project estimation was about an hour and at most two hours (for less experienced developers). It was a simple form that was to blend with the existing web site style. The website already had a contact us form and thank you page, a copy was given to work with or at least use as a reference. This direction was never followed, but he was reminded of it a number of times. If he listened, it would have made it so easy and fast. All my previous GAF providers have been GREAT, so this comes as a surprise that I got a provider that just can’t deliver. As is, the project is not complete but I cannot waste anymore time to see if he will ever figure this out. I don’t’ recommend anyone who needs good work done, to use this provider. Save yourself the frustration and get some one else.
 » infoisoft's reply: Ceon is the worst buyer I've ever came across, he changed the layout thrice, gave changes INTENTIONALLY after everything was made correct. And at the end, when everything is over with his so called changes, he still said that it is complete, He just wanted to get the work done for FREE... A COMPLETE CHEATER AND A SCAMMER, WHO WILL EAT YOUR HEAD UP AND AT THE END WANT THE WORK TO BE DONE FOR FREE.

Their response: David M (12/20/2008 10:59:17 PM): What day in US time will you have it done by? isoftsolutionsin (12/20/2008 10:59:39 PM): By Tuesday noon. isoftsolutionsin (12/20/2008 11:02:31 PM): accepted. isoftsolutionsin (12/20/2008 11:03:26 PM): Escrow recd. After my conversations, I followed up on the project. I asked about the project 24 hours prior to due date. This is what they said: isoftsolutionsin (12/23/2008 1:11:54 AM): Ok. Give me 45 minutes, I will upload things on my server and send you the link for the same. I never heard from them again. The problem is they lied to me and now I wasted time and failed to get a project delivered on time. VERY FRUSTRATING. Do Not Use This Company, FALSE PROMISES. I also warned them of post and they never responded.

Comments: They did a great project. I just wish I didn't have to deal with painful communication. It took me over 20 emails to get what I initially asked for. In the end they put a lot of effort into the project and provided me with excellent results.
