Normally, the larger & more complex the e-commerce project is the great the risk however this project was a success with a fully functional php client and admin facing website with multi functions. Comments: Qazi appeared keen to take on my project and was polite througout. Unfortunately, his work did not impress to me as his previous examples did. He asked for extra time before starting the project and following that he asked to be paid 100% upfron due to financial problem both requests which I facilitated in expectation of good work. Unfortunately the standard of work was extremely poor possibly because Qazi outsourced from another designer which was not agreed on. The examples I provided were simply copied the end work was useless too me. Very disappointed.

And as he is saying that I involved another person, similarly he involved one lady, they both had miscommunication whatelse i was asking his coressponder she doesnt know too much about the project. He reliy on her and she doesnt know what to do. I asked him several time "do you want anything else" she quite, silent. What is this? you can see my other feedback, all my clients are happy with me. Anywyas I have complete CHAT, EMAIL HISTORY between him/her and me which can prove who is right and who is wrong. Thanks Qazi

Comments: He bid on a project without the expertise to complete it. My project required PHP knowledge and he informed me later, after winning the project that he could not do that. He could design a website but could not help me with what my project was. Why did he bid? Annoying and caused me a weeks delay on my project.
