Comments: Suresh has completed a little under 15 hours work for me. He performed well and completed the work on time. The task I assigned him was one which was concentration intensive and involved coding about 1000 html individual checkbox and menu items (using a precedent code) which took him 3 mins each at the start and less than 1 min each at the end - so he like anyone improved with expereince with a given task - in this case a unique task. The reason I did not rate Surest 10 is because he sometimes did not follow emailed instructions to the letter and had to be reminded - though I may have not made myself clear in the first place. Suresh of his own free will completed revision work free of charge. He is well worth using for routine coding freeing up experienced coders form more complex work. I will use him again.
