I was pretty blessed to be able to hire GemGfx for my first freelancing job. On this project I was the middle-man between GemGfx and the decision makers for the company I'm working with. Being the person in the middle has its challenges but GemGfx was very patient and professional.
Likewise, the decision-makers of my company didn't exactly have an idea of what they wanted so GemGfx gave us several different options to choose from which was very flexible and rewarding.
The main reason why I chose GemGfx is because the description of the services they offered was thorough, explicit, precise, and professional. He came through on those promises and we really appreciate that.

He has excellent communication and webmaster skills. He did his job timely and he was very kind about extra small things we have added to project what we haven't talk about during start. I strongly recommend him.

This is the first GAF project that did not work out.
A corporate identity is different from just a logo and requires attention to details. We can only imagine that GemGFX felt that he had quoted too low a price (the highest bid) and that due to his lack of attention the project received 'sorry for the delays' emails for months.
We had requested several times key information such as the logo angle but never received an answer. More importantly, we requested a hi-res -though fully visibly watermarked to protect his work- image so that we could make him see the problem that we spotted in the logotype. He would only agree to send it upon full payment and agreed he wouls fix the problems as it was his motto to provide us with 'the perfect identity'. We agreed. Sadly, the provider did not find a solution and the project was not completed.
The project has been carried over to another provider. The core design problems were spotted and the new provider had it corrected immediately.

| » GemGfx's answer: We at GemGfx endeavor to do our very best to satisfy every customer who entrusts us with their design projects. Unfortunately there are some that can never be satisfied. NTPK is one such example of an excellent buyer who cannot be satisfied. We are happy to know that he did find a provider willing to iron out his "issues" and to "fix" what he refers to as "design problems". We wish him God's speed and all the success in the future. In the meantime GemGfx will continue to give the best design and development service to all it's customers.
Regards,
GemGfx |

Magnificant as quoted from the dictionary is something that is great in deed, or is impressive in mind and spirit.
Gemgfx exemplifies this and more,
from day one Gemgfx has produced limitless graphic designs and great ideas producing
exactly what we were looking for
Gemgfx work exceeds the amount of money that is asked
So no matter what language you speak GEMGFX is
Magnífico (spanish),壮观 (chinese),Magnifique (french)
