Incomplete Report: Provider did not deliver what was asked and very very late. He delivered a bunch of code that has no use for me and no instructions how to use it.
 » usamacpp's reply: I gave him more than what he wants. But he decided not to pay. Thanks for GAF i got money out of dispute he made, after I threatened him to make a dispute.

Comments: Project finished, requirements fulfilled, but instead of 3 days it took him 2 weeks. If you don't hurry, I recommend this provider.

Incomplete Report: Coder could not complete the project. He was very friendly and courteous during the project. I think he ran into some unexpected snags that caused him some problems. Very nice guy... Just wasn't able to complete the project.

Incomplete Report: Provider's solution was to mute player device. Should have know that disabling and muting are two different things, especially after reading the functional requirements in the project description.
