He is excellent at understanding briefs, communicating progress, asking the right questions at the right time and delivering flash work quickly and with minimal requirements for amends. The only amends that were required were my fault, not his, and he turned the whole job around incredibly quickly. He is always prompt and reliable - so much so that I send him jobs even when I have four flash designers at my disposal in my office - it's quicker and easier to send jobs to Pixelismdotcn than to use my own people!

Comments: Pixelismdotcn provided one of the fastest, most responsive turnarounds on a project of this type I have ever seen. The specific task was challenging as it required the functions to work somewhat differently depending on the version of Flash the viewer has, as well as provide some connections between the template and some binary SWF files that don't provide easy calls to the template FLA file. Pixelismdotcn took on the job and completed it a day ahead of schedule, despite some unexpected issues. I would not hesitate to recommend him with 110% enthusiasm!
