| Comments: I have done a number of projects with technosoft and have given him 10’s for these projects before they were completed. I have therefore given a lot of thought to the feedback I post for this project.A very detailed 60 page brief was given to technosoft prior to the project being undertaken. The project was accepted on 9 June 2006 with a verbal 20 day agreement and a 35 day agreement on GAF. It however took more than 3 months to get the site live.
Now at 8 months there are still parts of the project yet to be completed including 2 major parts of the project. Their work is excellent when completed.
Sushil has become very busy. His staff move onto something else before completely finishing projects.1 staff member has been available to fix up bugs as they occur but he is also involved with other projects so is unable to fix the problems for some time.
I will use technosoft again but will make sure I have a penalty clause for delays and wont post feedback until everything is complete

This is right that this project get delayed, but he didn't mention about so many extra features and changes we made for him and didn't charge any money. We are still providing him our support just for his help but now i think i should stop providing him any kind of support.
He also didn't mention that he tried to hire my 2 PHP programmers in NewZeland and he never told me about this nonsense.
There are also so many things that i have to say but i still feel bad to do so.
