Comments: Project was unable to be done in the very primary requirement. They require us to rate them for good design during the project in order to make their team having better mood. And i wonder why they have such a long list of good rating. It was good communication in the beginning but turn out to be dodgy when we request the function which is supposed to be there. It was my first time to let people to do freelancer and it really does left us bad experience.

Comments: I have done a number of projects with technosoft and have given him 10’s for these projects before they were completed. I have therefore given a lot of thought to the feedback I post for this project.A very detailed 60 page brief was given to technosoft prior to the project being undertaken. The project was accepted on 9 June 2006 with a verbal 20 day agreement and a 35 day agreement on GAF. It however took more than 3 months to get the site live. Now at 8 months there are still parts of the project yet to be completed including 2 major parts of the project. Their work is excellent when completed. Sushil has become very busy. His staff move onto something else before completely finishing projects.1 staff member has been available to fix up bugs as they occur but he is also involved with other projects so is unable to fix the problems for some time. I will use technosoft again but will make sure I have a penalty clause for delays and wont post feedback until everything is complete
 » technosystem's reply: We were working very good and we tried to help this client with our best efforts. This is right that this project get delayed, but he didn't mention about so many extra features and changes we made for him and didn't charge any money. We are still providing him our support just for his help but now i think i should stop providing him any kind of support. He also didn't mention that he tried to hire my 2 PHP programmers in NewZeland and he never told me about this nonsense. There are also so many things that i have to say but i still feel bad to do so. Thanks, Sushil

Comments: Very nice people, however when we were ready to start he wanted money upfront and would not find a solution that was fair to both parties - We offered several different payment plans so that we would both be comfortable and he would not accept - We now have to rebid project and start over. We were very flexible and willing to compromise. He was not. I can not believe that this is an acceptable practice of giving money upfront to companies across the world with nothing to insure that you will get what you paid for.
