Incomplete Report: This writer has failed to provide the work promised at the time promised and, has further waited until the day that his work is due to email me requesting a project cancellation when I specifically asked him if there was going to be any issue with the project being finished on time. He assured me that there were no problems and that the project would be done well within my time frame but today was the final due date and I have not received one single file. Instead I received an email asking me to cancel the project because he is now admitting that he cannot complete it as promised. I'm very, very disappointed with this writer's actions and I certainly hope that his performance is not common to the other writers on this site.
