Comments: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND KEEP YOUR MONEY. They bid stating they knew the reference site as they stated they built it – they had not even looked at it. I could not get a commitment on total costs and timescales despite sending them a 100+ page specification. When asked to bid on adding multi-media it was a huge price - they had inflated the bid to add a hidden charge to increase the original GetaFreelancer bid! I had paid them a deposit of $2450 (stupidly) and was not getting anywhere. Eventually I got a quote back of $29,000!!!!!! I cancelled the project and requested a refund. They wanted to charge $1800 for "research fees"! They said they would refund a proportion and have never even done that. 3 months later – latest excuse: not company policy to refund money!! I have been fraudulently ripped off. IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY YOU RISK BEING RIPPED OFF AS WELL. THEY ARE UNETHICAL. MY ADVICE - DO NOT USE THEM AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
