 » tiabrains's reply: The client ( Alex ) wanted me to do illegal and unfair work like a slave which was not possible to do. I can provide more details if someone needs clarifications. It was not possible to vote his kid from 200 ids unfairly (http://family.go.com/gapcastingcall/entries/AlisaKargin/) per day. The daily expected time is 16 hours per day. He wanted to work for 16 hours per day for a month. Isn't it a work like a slave?

Comments: took much longer than anticipated, great back end work however poor visual design. If you want a good programmer these guys are great but dont use them for web design.

Comments: I rate a 2 for this because of his enthusiasm for the job. Could not deliver all requirements. Made a complete mess of a design and flash menu. This work was not even done by him, he outsourced it to another party. 2 hour flash job and its almost a week later. He asked for payment before even showing me a SWF file, real dodgy. Good luck with this one.
 » tiabrains's reply: How can a service provider deliver a final product without getting escrow payment? This buyer wanted to get the work done without any escrow payment. Our employee (designer) was directly interacting with him so that we could help him (project was not outsourced as he said, we wanted to help him so that he could communicate with designer to get what he desired). We were waiting for the escrow amount for 2-3 days but he didnt do that. Even then we started his work. The design was not messed because it was not completed due to non-payment.

Comments: He offered to do a job his team actually was not equiped/trained for; We actually spent lots of effort to explain the working of the software (Crystal Reports) to them(!). Way passed the deadline we ended the job half way, as it seemed not to lead to satisfactory results, after so many detailed attempts to get things done. No complaints about dedication though.
