Comments: Worked hard, but didn;t have the programming skills in ASP.net to do the work. This was quite a simple project and it would have been good if the provider had stated that his skills were still at learning stage. Ordinarily we would not pay in this situation, but did make an effort (albeit) missed some major functionality out of the system. Project was completed by another developer.
