Comments: One word to describe Prashant. Excellent! This is the second project I have worked with Prashant on, and it has been nothing but a smooth process all the way. He's extremely talented, provides a very quick turnaround, and proofs everything perfectly. I've gotten to know him and his family these past couple of months, and they are kind caring people who I've bonded with. I'm certainly going to continue to work with him on future projects.

Comments: Prashant and his teammate Prasad, are really those two new team members who are two of the the best part of my virtual team, Intelligence, Integrity , Informative are three adjectives for them, Using their own minds and their effors in my absence (due to some problems with my health) they covered up everything and because of which i was able to deliver a BIG project on time. Thanks a tonnes for your timely efforts and to be on time , We are WORKING in future for sure. Also to comment on a sfeedback, I guess that is wrong, as I found these guys my effortfull teammates. Finishing a website - Not too hard $ 100 in 4 days 10-22-2008 -
Incomplete Report: Before selecting him we talked about the job untill prashkrasho2 was satisfied he knew the job, happy with his bid. Once selected we talked & I said that i needed to see some cosmetic changes by monday. All weekend nothing & monday there was nothing, so i said lets at least have it by tuesday rather than give up. Late tuesday there was a little bit of work done on the 1page (at most 5%-10% of what could of been done). The project was meant to be completed in 4days, a reason i chose him. It has been 6 days, the programing part he got a 3rd party who was mostly unreachable. I asked when the site would be done, he said 4hrs, 6hrs later & he is still trying to finish. Bits he said were done were not. I have had to constantly repeat things &explain things that were explained. I feel that this project has failed, due to time & the work notbeing done. I have tried to keep it from failing & no longer have the time to do that. Please let me know what I should do
 » prashkrasho2's reply: Its all because other party had not gave proper information about the work,the details was given by him was incomplete and confusable for the work. And when ever I tried to solve the doubts he always said that everything is in details file, I don't have time to solve the doubts again and again. Our policy is not start the work before escrow as for security reasons then also I started his work on same day and he escrow the money after 2/3 days that also when I mail him again and again for same. I think when ever a person want his work done from other party he should tell him each and every thing with solving proper doubts.But for that he was not having time. Thats all my comment may its all because of his misunderstanding. No worry.
