Incomplete Report: Despite waiting for several weeks for this project which was due by 04/28/09, I did not get any results from him. The provider was courteous and advertises efficient communication, which was not really very prompt. He probably lacked the know-how to achieve the Flash Actionscript project. His delayed replies were laced with excuses, and even though I gave him the benefit of doubt each time, he completely failed to deliver anything. He is simply "absconding" as far as I am concerned. It's sad that buyers don't get a chance to render a rebuttal on this site after providers get a chance to give "their side of the story".

Incomplete Report: The service provider promised a 3 days delivery date and it's been 3 months! Also, I've contacted the provider several times and I haven't heard back from the provider.

Comments: Alsaid has excellent communication skills and created the most compact Flash I’ve ever seen. In terms of file size this was a great outcome for our users. He certainly knows his Flash and how to get the most out of the program integrating xml. At a later stage, when unrelated programming problems occurred between xml format and database coding, Alsaid was quick to respond to our request for help. So overall, I can recommend Alsaid as a competent and trustworthy partner in web development. I suspect he won’t be freelancing for long.
