Incomplete Report: This provider was not able to produce any videos for our project. They had challenges with equipment that caused a long delay. Meanwhile they accepted work on a different project. They indicated they would provide videos on a certain date after the delay was resolved but did not produce or deliver a single video at that time either. They also stopped communicating so we had no choice but to mark this failed -- after three weeks of waiting for the work.
