Comments: I am partially satisfied with the specific provider. He had a good potential and delivered the project but not on time. It took him some more days than he declared. His capabilities are good, but he had an amateur behaviour. He fulfilled part of the project and that's why he gave me a discount and that's positive. His after sales behaviour was not good at all. I tried to reach him and although he seemed to be online, he never talked to me. I find this behaviour rather annoying.

Incomplete Report: A Real Waste of time. Excuse by provider - electricity cut... I told him earlier that i want 5 pages to be converted in simple html in 3-4 hrs. but he was not able to convert even a single page completely and mailed me uncompleted home page after 6 hrs. My Schedule was tight but i reminded him earlier before choosing him as a winning bidder. Advice : You are free to charge whatever you like but you should always deliver work on time accepted before bidding and need not to say "deliver completed work"

Comments: Sandeep requested that I pay him before the job was complete, promising me that the work would be completed the next day. I should have taken this unprofessional request as a warning – the finished files never came through. Also, his communication was sometimes unprofessional – at one point I had to request that he not call me "buddy" on IM. The work itself is OK. Sometimes great, sometimes poor. This creates uncertainty with projects as you cannot be sure of what the end result will be.
