Comments: Tarek really really delivered! He did everything I asked for. This is the first time that I am happy working with a programmer like this. A few times, there were some communication slowdowns, I had to repeat things, but maybe it's my fault, maybe I gave him too much information at once. I think it was just a little language barrier: he still came through with shining stars!!! That's why I'm giving him 10 stars. Every time I pointed to something, he just did it. His code is very clean, he's very fast and responsive and he takes action. He's not money hungry, he wants to make sure the client is happy. I am actually paying him a little more because he deserved it. I will be back for another project with him and more if I come up with another one!

Incomplete Report: I asked from the developer to apply a 3D shadow to every product image of a B2C Shopping Cart. He created a script which applied the shadow but creates problems to the apperance of the whole site, changing the template and appearance. Tarekahmed just then told me: "i finished my job. I think you need to contact your developer to tell us more about how to avoid this problem.I do not know the structur of this site". It's solution creates a problem to the site in which it was integrated, but the guy believes that he made his job. I'm sorry to say that this is not a behaviour of an Expert who wants to deliver things with quality. I'm very dissapointed from this behaviour. I'm trying to find another developer to fix the problem now!
 » tarekahmed's reply: I woked with this buyer before and he gave me 10/10 but this time he tried to make me do alot alot alot of work not that was mentioned at the start of the project he stated that I finished that part he asked me to do and that is enough for me

Comments: Very, very happy with this provider. I actually had awarded this project to another provider who promised 10 day delivery, but provided nothing even after 3 weeks. GAF reposted the project for me and I awarded it to tarek. He promised 5 day delivery, but actually had it done before that, and did absolutely everything asked and then some. The final product is perfect. Can't recommend him enough -- though then maybe he'll become too busy to work on future projects for me. A real asset to the GAF site. I've used a lot of freelancers and if you are a serious buyer here, you know what I mean when I say you have to kiss a lot of frogs to find a prince. There's no kissing here, but tarek is a prince I'd hire again at the drop of a hat.
