Incomplete Report: NOTHING COMPLETED. After project was awarded we had communication right away and he knew he had to start within the next few hours. Did not hear from him again for 4 days and we had to cancel our transaction. Time sensitive project and this provider clearly did not understand what was required. Over-promised and under-delivered.
