Incomplete Report: Project was too difficult and it was not done within an acceptable time. The communication should also be better for a project like this one. (For example: icq or aim, daily online activity for asking question and fixing bugs) An email every 2-3 days is no solution, its also not great to work 1 day on the project and continue 1 week later and so on. Now I decided to cancel the project after 6 weeks...

Comments: Raj was very good at what he did for us, though the time it took went on a little for a few reasons, though i would say primarily due to the difficulties with the language barrier. It seemed that whilst the developer completed the project successfully, two of the three tasks were initially misunderstood. Overall, the work was done well once understood. Thank you very much.
