Incomplete Report: project was awarded on the basis of very detailed specifications. the provider kept saying that he had completed the work but refused to show any progress or demo. promised to provide service and installation adjustments and repeatedly assured us of total support and implementation assistance but refused to show any demo/code before an escrow was posted. After the escrow was indeed setup, developer sent an incomplete, non-functional "final" code and demanded immediate payment. repeated attempts to provide feedback and get revisions were met with total refusal before the full payment was released. promises made again about getting all the service and help after full payment was made. This is a totally non-professional provider, argumentative and non-compliant.

Obviously he doesnt know how to use the code in his site, and we dont want to work with unscrupulous, non-paying buyers like this.
