Comments: A+++ Provider. He completed everything that I asked him to with excellent attention to detail and the final product went beyond my expectations. Not only did he provide quality programming and web design, but he also offered insightful suggestions on how to make my website better. He remained professional the entire time, kept a positive attitude, and was eager to impress. I have no reservations in recommending him for any project big or small.

Comments: Rehmat work is fine.but this guy have some attitude problem.He really don't know the working process runs over freelancer webs. I maded the complete project fee in escrow, and when i requested the source file, that help me to check out every thing is fine or not.He denyed to send me the source files.and makes argument that, i( buyer ) have to release the complete escrow before request for the source files, because this is GAF rule.is this really make sence ?,i already worked with number of other providers but i really not listen such kind of foolish thing before from provider side. how could buyer release the escrow without checking the source files, that he received the right thing or not?.When i said to put this case in front of GAF team, for his confirmation that i am saying the right fact, then he come to the way of talking.please be aware.
 » rehmatullah's reply: THIS MAN WENT AGAINST THE RULES OF GAF. I GAVE HIM THE BEST I COULD. I DID 300% work for him instead of just 100%. He asked me for a CMS for flash in the beginning but after that he increased the work and also had a blog done like the one that google has with a powerful CMS. I asked him to pay the money after he checked all the things on my server. BUT, HE REFUSED AND SAID THAT FIRST HE NEEDS ALL THE SOURCE FILES. BUT, IS THAT HONEST??? OK, FOR EG. IF YOU GO ON A WEBSITE TO PURCHASE ANYTHING. DO THEY GIVE YOU THAT THING OR SCRIPT WITHOUT FIRST YOU PAY TO THEM???????????????????????? I STILL GAVE HIM 8 OUT OF 10 AND SAID THAT HE IS GOOD. BUT... Comments: be carefull this guy is bad, he cheated us not 1x but 6x, YES 6 projects. He blackmailed us and also other clients to give good feedback otherwise he not deliver to source code. All projects have missed the deadline, but much more worse he ask each week to inprove rate, and if you not do that you lose the money that you already paid, and get no project at all. Each time he do this trick, by us 7x in total, and yes he was balckmailing us again if we should post bad feedback, but this guys must be stopped before he ruines many more projects!

NICE TRY THOUGH :) ALL THE SOURCE CODE IS ON YOUR SERVER WITH THE CMS AND THE FLASH FILES ARE E-MAILED. MAY BE YOU WILL NEED TO LEARN SOME TECHNICAL THINGS, THAT WHAT IS CALLED A SOURCE CODE. :) SO BEST OF LUCK. AND, YES THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME. LEAVE IT... I HAVE ALREADY FORGOT ALL THE THINGS. ITS BEEN A LONG TIME NOW.

Comments: If you hire him, 200% sure you got problems. THe good ratings he recieved only by blackmailing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (because on end of project he first let you pay, after that he not deliver project, only when you give a 10 as feedback, and this so killing because he treated us so bad!!)

Comments: Picking Rehmat to work on my project was the best decision I could have made. Rehmat is a skilled professional, dedicated to great customer service with an incredible knowledge of flash and web design. I have already sent two of my customers to see Rehmat about their web design projects because they see the high quality of my web site and ask for my designers name! Would recommend to anyone (you can contact me to ask about Rehmat directly) who wants the job done correctly!

Incomplete Report: He cancelled this project 1 day before deadline so you can imaging the HUGE problems we had, and yes we missed the deadline. we have 5 other projects by this guy running, he want to cancel these also because he can earn a few dollar more on another project, but in meantime we have a huge problem and missing the deadlines of 5 projects! We told him this, but our projects are still on hold, i hope he realize this and just finish the 5 projects. He get his money and we the projects. So you will see if this provider is reliable soon in our feedbacks of the 5 projects. So pls wait with given him work, because i think you also want to be sure that your project will be done as agreed
 » rehmatullah's reply: Well! If I start telling then these 1000 words that GAF gives me are just a 0.00001% as this buyer is sick and keeps on increasing the work. If he increases the work I ask him for more budget but he refuses and says that he has already paid me thousands of dollars but the fact is that... till now I am suffering a lot of loss and I am sure that nobody can work for the things for which he is not gonna paid... :) He always makes me sick too... by keeping on increasing the work and asking me silly things to do... if I say him that I will not do at all that extra work... then he posts a new project again with a little more amount for me... please refer this link... http://drupal.org/node/325165 (I posted that wit anonymous name Symonds98)... this is just an example of a lot of silly extra works he wants me to do every time... you can find that the date of that forum is much older than this dispute date... I don't care for any more reviews that will come from him.
