Incomplete Report: I have not heard from the contractor in 2 weeks, despite sending numerous emails to him. There are several unresolved issues from various phases of this project, including issues from prior completed projects on the same website performed by this contractor. There has been no resolution, or even progress shown, in over 2 weeks and the project has already taken over a month since acceptance. I have lost communication with the contractor. I would like to cancel and resubmit the project to another contractor.

Comments: This project took many more months to complete than we allowed for. At first, communication was infequent and difficult. At a later stage, the project began moving well and we are very happy with the final outcome. I appreciate the work done and am happy with the end result, but this project went several months beyond a reasonable schedule.

Incomplete Report: The provider took the project even though it was marked Urgent and the listing stated only those who could do it right away need apply. Also only those who have IM need apply. After the money was in escrow - first, i found he did not have IM ready to go and second he said he had only limited internet access as he was on a lap top with out the neccessary tools to do the job and he would do the project the next day where he would have real internet access. The next day, some of the work was done, but the partial work done was a mess looking like it was done by a kid. He said he subed it out to someone else... Some how to him it all seemed ok to act this way...exhibiting little concern for the buyer and the great deal of inconvenience time and money he had cost us. Provider had little remorse for jerking us around. He could have simply and quickly fixed the situation himself but instead chose to return the escrow - now costing me the GFA fees and the time to re-post and start again.
