Incomplete Report: To make it short, the service of viya89809 is not even worth to be called like it! No communication, your mails get answered after a couple of days. Deadline? What's a deadline? They don't stick to any deadlines, not to the first, nor to second or the third! On top of that they took the job without informing themselves what it is about and without checking the data I've sent through before! No wonder that GAF suspended there account! (We communicated on Gmail!). Horrible to work with these guys, 100% ineffective!
 » viya89809's reply: This guy is a complete NONSENSE who doesnt even know how ppl work. At first in the project, he said he wud give a list of blogs where we need to sign up for 250 blogs. Then in PMB,he sent the list of 700 blogs to show. Will you spend time to check the validity of all those 700 blogs before even selecting you for the project? So I accepted immdtly. After 3 days of acceptance, we found that 90% of it was crap & signed up in 10% of the list. When we said this, he told us to find more blogs in Google (research) and signup in them (which was not the actual project).We agreed and signed up In many. At last, the list was around 100 only and we said we would cancel his escrow. He said ok. We did. Finally he started blackmailing us asking the 80 blogs we signed up even after getting escrow back saying that he will post a bad feedback. This is the result. PLEASE DONT WORK WITH THIS GUY EVER! I can show anyone here the proof that i cancelled his payment and his list was a crap!

Incomplete Report: Horrible! Did not even try to do the work. Then drew out the escrow process hoping to get paid anyway before GAF finally stepped in and refunded my payment MONTHS later. Seemed like a scam to me.
 » viya89809's reply: I am sorry. I seriously completed the project and I am also ready to send a link to someone who is willing to check whether what I say is true or not. I sent him the link and the email with the file many times. All the time he said he did not receive an email or he cannot open the link. Actually what he says is a lie, GAF did not help him get his money back. We actually decided to cancel his escrow because we found him like cheating us. We did not want a bad feedback for this. But still he posted an incomplete report getting all the work done. I am sorry, People who think that "the mistake is ours" could be fools because They are just fooling themselves thinking us wrong and losing a good provider. Thank you!

But he said he could only place 50% on escrow. We said we cannot work with 50% escrow funds, we need 100% on escrow. He refused! He posted incomplete report for a project which we did not even start. I guess this guy has not did his schooling. lol

The buyers are just using this as an advantage and they just think that now even if they dont pay for work, we need to do their project fearing about this incomplete report. This is a SHIT! I answered each and every question of this buyer via GAF's PM. Also, said that this project cannot be completed within 5 days, immediately after accepting the project. This is a very difficult project. His keywords did not work, we used our own keywords. When i completed more than 75% of the work, he demands to release escrow. Such a kind of shit running inside GAF because of this stupid incomplete report! They use this as a weapon to beat us without paying! STUPIDS

After his selection, I sent an email to him and asked him to come online on a messenger. He did not reply me at all and escrowed immediately. Without discussing, How can I work on the project?  » viya89809's reply: He gave me one php page of a big website and told me to make a gallery in it which normally takes a lot of time to do. I asked for his ftp access or files so that I can understand his site structure but he never wanted to send them. then after a few days, he agreed to give his files and sent them partially. They gave lots of errors on my localhost. He just needs the work done without providing the essential files. Then who will be able to complete this work soon? NO ONE!

 » viya89809's reply: This guy is really a BIG FOOL as well as a BIG CHEATER!He agreed for everything before script has been handed over to him. He asked many doubts when I showed him a demo on my server and i cleared all of them. I installed it on his server only after his approval and satisfation, but as soon as he got the script, he asked for extra options which were not even mentioned before acceptance in the project description or anywhere. Now asks for money back which is impossible. he now says I can delete the files from his server and give his money back. Will you people accept this? Anybody? If your client gets the script from you and says to delete it and he does not need it and wants money back? This is really very unprofessional! Take this guy out of GAF!

 » viya89809's reply: 1.As per the project description, he needed me to explain how to send the html file as an email and not how to code the email. Now he says I did not teach him how to code. Funny! 2. When he asked how to send them, I told him to use Outlook express since he had just 25 to 50 subscribers and it is easy to use also. I clearly told him that he should use that for a very small list of emails and He could have bought it if needed. 3. He said he would send the email within 3 or 4 hours from the time I complete. I kept the images for around 2 days on my server since the completion of the project. Is it a must to keep it in my server after 2 DAYS when he said he would send it in 4 hours? And Of course, If he wants to mail out his own newsletter, then he should have used his OWN server. What is new in this? Why to use mine? He points out using his OWN server for his OWN newsletter as a strange matter!

You yourself told me that the job you gave is very tough (you did not mention many of the job details in project description which are the main part of the job that makes it tough, and told them to them only after acceptance). I was working for you all night. I wasted my time huh. Moreover, you did not agree to escrow the money. And paid only $30,I have finished my work for $30. And how can i work on the rest without escrows? And this guy says, that he pays only after Nov 5. And NO escrow too. This project is actually a very difficult project and he gave me complete instructions only after selection. Even after that I agreed to do since GAF has this a "SPECIAL" option for the buyers to post incomplete report. This is silly.

 » viya89809's reply: The time given for the project is just 30 hours and he escrowed only after 24 hours. GAF's rule advice to us is not to start a project before the escrows are in place. This buyer is a fool and does not know Gaf's rules and needs a 150 page document to be proofread within 6 hours (from the time he escrowed. There was no time. Also, he said I have to make the document flow smoothly, taking out bigger words and it should be easy for the readers to read. I have written many other things in GAF, including a Marketing Strategy. All other clients were satisfied. I told him many times that the time is not sufficient and I need some more time for good results. He escrowed late, made late to reply and keeping all the fault on him, he is giving a bad feedback for me. After 86 reviews, I am getting such a bad feedback from such an idiotic client

Comments: This guy “may be” good in other field but from my experience working with him, he is a complete waste of time. It took him 18 hours to add two images to a flash slide and at the long run; he messed up the entire project. The most annoying part was that he kept telling me it is impossible to add the correct logo to the project. It took another flasher less than 30 minutes to complete the same project. Avoid him if you ever want your project done on time and done well.
