Comments: Provider dragged this project on for months with a variety of excuses including other projects, health, and not having his internet connection due to financial problems. The provider missed repeated agreed deadlines. We agreed to release some funds from escrow due to a plea that he could not pay his rent. The provider did not ever complete the project and we have been forced to start it again with someone else. This provider seems very capable, and did complete another smaller project for us. We had hoped to work with him again. However, due to his poor reliability, we will not be able to do so. And instead we are left to seek the return of the funds we have paid.
