Incomplete Report: bidder agreed to perform work, gave timeline, then simply stopped communicating. Project was awarded based on 14 day delivery. After 30 days, no display of the work, and no communication I had to request a close of escrow. He seemed like a nice guy but basically wasted an entire month of my time.
