Comments: The people at Zigmatech know how to handle clients well. They have excellent communications skills and are pleasant to work with. My only minus is that I had to spend a lot of time explaining exactly what I wanted and sometimes I had to show what needed to be rectified when I felt they could have checked that for me. However, They are one of my best experience on GAF and I can understand this is the downside of long-distance collaboration. My only regret is that I didn't hire them early. Great job!

Because I had a certain idea in mind for my logo, I didn't see a lot of creativity from the artist, but rather waiting to receive and follow my instructions. The end result is I got what I paid for at a timely fashion and to my satisfaction.

Comments: Zigmatech were one of the very few service providers who actually read my project description and submitted a mockup as I had requested. I selected them for this project because their mockup was graphically stunning and was exactly what I had specified. They were more than happy to incorporate any changes I wanted and kept working till I was completely satisfied. They were even willing to work through the night and were available for communication on msn all the time. Excellent customer service and execution. Would definitly use again.
