Comments: This is my first service provider. The Good: Excellent communication. Professional way of handling business. Timely responses. Unlimited revisions without complaint. The Bad: Overall project took much longer than expected, which I admit was partially due to many revisions, but some revisions were due to simply not meeting project outlines. Like files being below 50k.

Comments: My project made it clear that I wanted a new look for an existing site. Little did I know that these guys planned to deliver 1 html page and some graphics. When asked about integration, they said they did not have the required level of expertise to integrate the design, forcing me to have to bid separately for integration. I see them now bidding on another milliondollarhomepage site, claiming they can create a full clone of it. They have suddenly acquired the programming skills necessary for this kind of project that they didnt have last week. They cited my statement, no programming needed, as their excuse not to have known not to bid on my project. What will be their excuse for other projects. I felt ripped off over the customisation of my site that they only did half-way. I feel disgusted to see them bidding on a similar project that requires full programming. I should have stuck to my resolve not to use a provider that uses Geocities for their portfolio. How amateur is that?
