Comments: Pasha is a good programmer. His code is neat and organized (which is helpful if you want to look through it, but also helpful if someone other than him needs to add to or modify the code later). He understands how to ask the right questions, has an excellent grasp of database logic, and a superior command of the English language (very, very important!). He is a hard worker and does not complain if some project needs change during the process. The ONLY thing that keeps Pasha from a '10' is that he under-estimated the amount of time the job would take. Some of the timing issues were because I changed some of the project requirements and some were because the hosting service had a faulty Apache install that slowed him down a few days. Yet even with those I think this project took longer than he anticipated. Everything else about Pasha is exceptional and unless I needed a project to be churned out in less than a week I would not hesitate to hire this fine worker.
