This service provider really disappointed me…first he promised that he will deliver our work on time but unfortunately this didn't happen, so I contacted him to see when exactly he will deliver our work. At this time he kept apologizing and asking for just one more day to finish everything…but this one more day never came and I kept waiting days after days, each day a new promise and a new excuse…once because he was ill, once because he had a headache…once because there is a technical problem….etc of unlimited excuses.
What was really outrageous is that when I contacted him and told him that I will cancel the job as I can't wait any longer, I found him calmly saying "Do whatever you want to do I have no time to finish this job"…so I asked him "Aren't you worried that you might get a negative review due to wasting our time?" he replied "Negative reviews make no difference for me as I know how to overcome them"!!!

| » onewebsite's answer: Unfortunately this project was in the middle of quite a bad time for us here, we did have alot of technical issues during the project but those have been country wide issues so not just us were affected. We did not say we dont care about reviews...we always want great reviews as u seen in the below reviews we have been nothing but great. Its only this project that was jinxed from the start. We have many great feedback and this feedback is highly unjust as we did try our hardest but it was not enough for him. Pretty hard to please someone who can not be pleased |

Onewebsite did a fantastic job designing and implementing our ecomm website. Although apprehensive at first to go with an off the shelf ecomm shopping cart solution, Ali at Onewebsite was able to convince me this was the best solution available; he was absolutly right. I am more than pleased with the excellent work that was done, and look forward to working with Onewebsite and Ali in the future.

I needed to convert a static website to a full content management system. I chose onewebsite as they were the only bidder to specify the project correctly. Since then the work has been exceptional.
