Incomplete Report: He is incompetent to do our work! The sample provided by him was exactly what we needed, therefore, we chosen him. We have provided him EIGHT topics (20 articles in 4 days). First day, he delivered five articles and said he was unfamiliar with TWO topics. The second day he has delivered only one article and said he was unfamiliar with another THREE topics. And, on the third day (late evening) after my following up, he said that he was unfamiliar with another ONE topic! We have wasted our time for this project in working with him.
 » sanework's reply: There was lot of misunderstanding due to delay in clearing doubt which I had. I wanted to know what was the exact subject or topic “Debt Consolidation Prospecting”. The sample I provided was about “Debt Consolidation” and it was clear topic. I wanted to know whether I should write on Debt Consolidation or Prospecting, as I was not getting much material to write three articles of 500 words on this subject. It was same with other subjects. The buyer replied he will look into this matter and asked me to continue with the rest. He did not provide any new topics nor clarified my doubt. I was waiting for his reply and suddenly like bolt from the blue, he informed me that he does not want to deal with me any more. Whether I am incompetent or not cannot be decided on basis of hasty and slack decisions taken by someone else!
