| Comments: I see there are many compliments for this organization here but unfortunately I cannot agree. They gave me a very low hourly rate to secure my business, then they greatly exaggerated the length of time to complete any work, when I simply questioned the work timeline they stopped contacting me and they did not respond to any of my emails or IM after that. I would really like to say something positive but they were very unprofessional and it was difficult to communicate with them or to get a straight answer on the progress of what was a very simple project. I wish them well and I hope I am a rare exception. |
| » inavigator's answer: Beware,Beware,Beware,Beware,Beware,Beware with this provider. He is FRAUD,NON-SENSE, MAL-COMMUNICATION, etc . He select us the winner for his project VB and Access. First 15 days he has not come online for discussion in chat any day with us. We send him lots of emails, but no reply. After 15 days we gave us one VB form with corrupted database( I am sure... he hacked the form from one big software) and tell us to make this runnable. He gave us 1 hour to complete this. That is never possible to make the forms runnable with corrupted database. And in next day we left the bad review in GAF... IF YOU REQUIRED BAD REVIEW PLEASE ACCEPT HIS PROJECT... ELSE DON'T.He also not pay us any money and done this intentionally to make our review down. |

I am a small businessperson from Australia, and was at first, a little sceptical about hiring a contractor from another country, but I am glad that my first experience was a positive one thanks to inavigator. They answered every question that I had (in exellent english) and they rolled up their sleeves and made each and every little change that I requested (and there were many), they searched for alternative solutions for me all in record time! I was not expecting such fabulous service and expertise for the very reasonable price that I paid for my template. These guys are champions, and I would never hesitate in hiring them for any project that might pop up in the future. |

They have a formal process for work orders, specifications and contracts that created an audit trail for the project we undertook. There is a structure of developers and management that allows work to be undertaken in a structured manner.
The result was an excellent piece of well written code that exactly fitted the bill and utilised the full range of ADO and XML methods built into the microsoft libraries.
During the process there were a number of clarifications required from my end - all great questions that helped create the perfect solution that was delivered. |
