 » germangirl's reply: I am sorry this Buyer feels that way, but this feedback is 100% untrue. I replied to every e-mail she sent me, I did not get a reply from her for 6 days! She did not mention anything about the projects accuracy and just left a bad comment. I am not sure why I am receiving such a bad feedback and I would have corrected the project if she would have mentioned it to me. All I got was an e-mail stating she wanted her money back and this feedback! I am totally confused on why she went this route, but it could have been resolved with the right communication on her part. I have never had a complaint about my translations, therefore I am very disappointed by her actions!
