Comments: SANDS provided an excellent service and were generally very prompt with replies and information. We had a little miscommunication, but it was mainly due to this being the first project that I had contracted out - and I was somewhat underprepaired - lesson learnt! SANDS was understanding about this. Thus, I recommend SANDS for your subcontracting, particularly if you have a well defined project. I will use them again.
