 » RyuMaster's reply: That is not fair giving me 4. I did the assigned project well. I wrote you via MSN why I did not want to continue: you promised me new project, but did not give it on time. Instead, you gave other one - with badly decompiled FLA files, which were not working, and disappeard from the chat. If you want people "not to dissapear as everyone here", do care about them a bit, OK?

Incomplete Report: RyuMaster accepted my bid, he did not wait for even 4 to 5 hours for the files and ran away by saying me that you did not upload files, he does not know how to deal in business, i will surely say to be careful if you are selecting him because he does not have any patience and can waste your time. Sorry Ryu master, be a master of freelancing as well!

When you decided to come back later when you wanted, I said that I was busy already. I had promises to other providers I made. I'm not like you - if I said something, I do it on time.

Incomplete Report: incomplete project report. Konstantin started the project immediately and seemed eager to complete it right away. Then, all of a sudden just disappeared, stopped responding to messages, and cancelled the escrow payment. Due to culture differences he does not seem to understand that even if he feels his bid is too low for the effort (I suspect that was the case), the loss of time on my part is more significant than the payment. I could have gladly increased the pay if he just communicated it to me. I have several larger projects that I am going to start when I find professional reliable provider. But he did not care. If you are looking for reliability, then be cautious about using this provider. The worst thing to expect - is complete silence. And that is what I got after spending days asking him where he is at and why he would not complete such a simple task.

Comments: As the colourful character Konstantin has equisitely crafted for us says gleefully the words "Magic! Magic! magic!" then that is how I describe this young man's work. He truly is exceptional. Not only does he deliver a first class product but it is delivered within the time-frame promised and my experience on GAF so far shows that many freelancers fall down through not delivering a full product on time and within specification. I have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Konstantin for any projects where graphics and full animation are concerned.
