Incomplete Report: Rating ZERO out of 10. Gokhanonal was the first on the board to bid for the project. He accepted it with great enthusiasm. He had a week to complete it. After 1.5 weeks I contacted him. He said he didn't complete the project because he was helping a friend. I offered him another chance. He ignored the offer. GOKHANONAL completely wasted my time. He was 100% UNRELIABLE.
