Incomplete Report: Communication started out great, however, I quickly noticed that I had to give specific directions multiple times. I found that my instructions would just be overlooked and they would send me a design that was full of errors and misspellings. After contacting them about the errors, they said ok, then sent me a new draft with the same errors. It's as if they never read my instructions and just continued. I also told them NOT to start the redesign until a draft was OKed by me. Of course they did not follow that either. I told them to fix many things, they did not, even after mentioning it multiple times. After 3 months of waiting and trying to make things work, I have to end it. Look at their other reviews, apparently having to repeat directions multiple times is a common theme.
 » IndiaWebmediaPro's reply: We are very sorry for not satisfied out this client with our work, but we are 200% sure no any company or provider can satisfied this type of client. Same thing want to change again and again, some time left and some time right. 3 month is going pass in this types of changes.
