Comments: Provider created work in PHP (which I had reservations about to begin with but he assured me it would be okay). The script worked briefly but then broke. When I asked provider to fix it or help me do so, he said he did not have time to fool with it. He also would not give me a time when he could help me. That said, provider was very helpful before he got paid. I thought I was dealing with someone who guaranteed their work, but I was mistaken.
